Not much news to report, Cherishwood Illustrate has now been weaned but due to time constraints she will be shown as a yearling. All the horses besides Darlton Park Royal Octave have been turned out for winter. 2009 Melbourne Royal Summer Horse Show 22/1/09-24/1/09
We took a team of 4 horses down to Werribee Park, and although it was hard work all our classes timetable couldn't have been better planned if I tried and all classes coinciding around James' feed times. We ended up have a fantastic show
Thursday 22/1- Darlton Park Royal Octave - 1st led Arabian Riding Pony gelding under 13hh, + 4th led Riding Pony gelding 12.2-13.2hh, Darlton Park Madagascar - 1st led shetland gelding under 9.2hh (pictured below) and Dunelm Sculpture- 7th Ridden Riding Pony Show Hunter 13.2-14.2hh ridden by Rachel Giorimania. (pictured below)
Friday 23/1- Darlton Park Royal Octave- 2nd led Part welsh gelding 12.2-13.2hh and Reserve Champion Led Senior part Welsh( pictured below), Dunelm Sculpture- 2nd Led Show Hunter open breed mare 14-15hh and Cherishwood Design - 2nd led Part Welsh Mare over 13.2hh and 2nd in the strong Riding Pony led Mare 13.2-14.2hh (pictured below)
Saturday 24/1 Darlton Park Royal Octave- 2nd led APSB RP gelding not exceeding 14.2hh, Cherishwood Design 3rd led APSB RP mare not exceeding 14.2hh and Dunelm Sculpture 3rd led APSB PB over 14hh and 5th APSB PB ridden over 13hh once again ridden by Rachel Giorimania.

Arinlea Royal Obsession returned a positive pregnancy test to Marconi Stud beautiful Welsh B buckskin Weston Park Mercury. Fingers crossed for a buckskin filly.
